			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Nos seguimento de várias questões que  têm sido colocadas relativamente ao curso de MBSR e a diferença entre o MBSR baseado em técnicas de mindfulness e outros cursos de <em>mindfulness</em>, achei que seria conveniente esclarecer essa diferença apresentando um esclarecimento sobre o curso de MBSR.</p>
<p>O MBSR é baseado no treino rigoroso em várias técnicas de <em>mindfulness</em> e possui um formato curricular específico  o qual foi desenvolvido pelo Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn (Divisão de Medicina Preventiva e Comportamental da Universidade de Massachusetts). O MBSR inclui, para além da apresentação de várias técnicas de atenção plena (ex. meditação sentado e deitado), um variado leque de abordagens temáticas e exercícios práticos para o entendimento da importância do <em>mindfulness</em> na redução de stress e desenvolvimento emocional, assim como a sua aplicação no dia a dia. Alguns destes temas e exercícios têm como base vertentes psicológicas e vertentes psicológicas terapêuticas. Este curso não visa únicamente a apresentação destas técnicas de atenção plena, mas também ir de encontro às várias necessidades indivíduais e terapêuticas da sua aplicação no dia a dia.</p>
<p>Devido a todas os componentes inerentes ao programa, todos os professores de MBSR selecionados para a formação na Universidade de Massachusetts necessitam de ter uma formação profissional em áreas  medicina, psicologia, ou educação, que permitam um entendimento da interligação entre corpo e mente, de forma aos professores conseguirem articular todos os temas de cariz médica, científica, e educacional do MBSR.</p>
<p>Todos os estudos apresentados neste blog estão associados com a investigação dos efeitos do MBSR conforme foi desenvolvido pelo Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn.</p>
